Privacy & Your Data
RunMyKitchen has no ads and never sells your data. Here’s exactly what we store, why, and how to get rid of it.
Our business model
Section titled “Our business model”We earn a small referral fee from Instacart when you order ingredients through the app. That’s our entire business model. No ads, no premium tier, no data brokering. Your grocery data exists to help you cook — nothing else.
What we store

We do not store payment information. Instacart handles all payment processing on their side.
Export your data
Section titled “Export your data”Go to Account > Your Data > Export. You’ll receive a download link within a few minutes containing everything listed above in a standard format you can open or import elsewhere.
Delete your data
Section titled “Delete your data”Go to Account > Your Data > Delete Everything. This permanently removes your account and all associated data — pantry, household, recipes, ratings, and chat history. This action cannot be undone.
After deletion, your data is purged from our systems within 30 days, including backups.
